Includes MLS input, adding/scheduling photos, prepping lease listing agreement, IABS, compliance documents, and any changes necessary on MLS after it is active, if applicable, during normal business hours.

Once a tenant is selected, this includes preparing all necessary lease agreement documents and addendums, MLS status changes, retrieving signatures and filing/submitting the transaction with compliance/broker. Any and all email communication with the landlord from contract-to-close is also handled.

Once your tenant client is selected and approved by the landlord, this includes any necessary tenant compliance documents (agent will provide signed IABS & buyer/tenant rep to TC), retrieving signatures on the lease agreement documents, submitting the lease to compliance department and generating a lease commission invoice for the listing broker, sending broker W9. Any and all email communication with the listing agent from contract-to-close is also handled by TC.
Following NAR changes in summer 2024, this is a new offered service that will assist with preparing a long form (or short form) buyer rep and IABS prior to agent meeting a client for a showing, includes sending the documents for signatures. This service may not be available outside of normal business hours, consult TC for availability if needed.
Includes generating the referral agreement, communicating with receiving agent, submitting the transaction to compliance, tracking the CDA and commission payment for agent, sending W9, all other necessary broker compliance tasks.
A contract-to-close TC package for compliance purposes only. Includes all necessary broker compliance tasks. Includes preparing and retrieving signatures for missing compliance documents (such as Wire Fraud, General Info, Inspector Info, etc.) required by broker, NOT including listing agreement, IABS or buyer rep, or any amendments/addendums. Includes ensuring compliance with broker, generating CDA for title and closing out the file upon completion. This service does not include any email communication between TC & title, lender, other agent or your client. This service is only carried out during normal business hours.
