At Texas Transaction, our role is to provide administrative support throughout the transaction process by assisting with document coordination, deadline tracking, communication flow, and file organization on behalf of the licensed real estate professional.
A Transaction Coordinator is not a licensed substitute for the real estate agent, broker, attorney, lender, title company, or other professional service providers, and does not represent clients in negotiations, legal matters, contract interpretation, or advisory decisions.
While every effort is made to support an accurate and organized transaction, ultimate responsibility for verifying contract terms, dates, disclosures, deadlines, and transaction details remains with the licensed agent and/or broker overseeing the file. Texas Transaction assumes no liability for contract terms, agent or broker errors or omissions, legal compliance decisions, or representations made by any party to the transaction.
Clients, agents, and brokers are encouraged to independently review all documents, deadlines, and contractual information and seek legal, tax, or brokerage guidance when appropriate.

I have strategically organized my business to position myself as the primary point of contact on your behalf, with my full service contract-to-close package, ensuring that all parties involved in a real estate transaction are informed of this arrangement from the beginning!
As a no-contract, no-obligation Transaction Coordinator (TC), there is no formal agreement required to initiate our collaboration. I simply seek to understand your goals, your specific TC needs, and can promptly commence working on a file. Our business revolves around adaptability, always open to exploring new avenues to enhance support for my agents. CONTRACT-TO-CLOSE - Paid by title company on closing, reflected on the CDA.
FULL LISTING SERVICE - Invoiced as soon as the listing is active on MLS. Payment options include Venmo, Apple Cash and Zelle.
LEASES, REFERRALS CTC - Invoiced on the closing date, payment via Venmo, Apple Cash or Zelle.
OFFERS & BEYOND - Invoiced once work is complete - Venmo, Apple Cash or Zelle accepted.
