Partnering with Texas Transaction

Our objective is to establish a dynamic and productive partnership with the agents I support, consistently delivering value to both your business and clients. I have strategically organized my business to position myself as the primary point of contact on your behalf, with my full service contract-to-close package, ensuring that all parties involved in a real estate transaction are informed of this arrangement from the beginning!

As a no-contract, no-obligation Transaction Coordinator (TC), there is no formal agreement required to initiate our collaboration. I simply seek to understand your goals, your specific TC needs, and can promptly commence working on a file. Our business revolves around adaptability, always open to exploring new avenues to enhance support for my agents. Feedback is welcomed, your satisfaction and success are at the forefront of our approach!

How Fees are Paid

CONTRACT-TO-CLOSE - Paid by title company on closing, reflected on the CDA.

FULL LISTING SERVICE - Invoiced as soon as the listing is active on MLS. Payment options include Venmo, Apple Cash and Zelle.

LEASES, REFERRALS CTC - Invoiced on the closing date, payment via Venmo, Apple Cash or Zelle.

OFFERS & BEYOND - Invoiced once work is complete - Venmo, Apple Cash or Zelle accepted.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES & SERVICE DISCLOSURES:

  • After-hours support is NOT guaranteed to be available and is conducted on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure TC is available, if needed. We may be able to pair you with a recommended after-hours support person, upon request.
  • TEXAS TRANSACTION does not offer marketing services, but may be able to help with referrals and recommendations as needed.
  • ‘Urgent’ tasks: In general, transaction coordination operates on a non-urgency basis. Transaction coordination differs from tasks that are conducted by a personal assistant. For example, your TC may not always be available to make urgent adjustments with regard to option terminations, etc. We ensure TC deadlines are met in advance and nothing is left to the last minute in terms of meeting agreed-upon contract-to-close tasks. It is not the responsibility of the TC to execute a last-minute amendment by 5:00 pm on the date of an option termination. Please give your TC a minimum 2-hour advanced notice if an amendment is needed (preparation and/or retrieving signatures) during normal business hours. This being said, we will do our best to assist if available, upon request.

THANK YOU!
